Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, chopped onion, beaten egg, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down gently to form an even loaf.
In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is nicely caramelized.
Allow the meatloaf to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
